Currently all of our products are shipped with completely PLASTIC FREE packaging to reduce negative environmental impact.

Although you will receive your package with a satellite return address, our suppliers will ship directly to you from France. Shipping times and rates are calculated accordingly:

 

For France, shipping is 2-3 working days.

In the European Union the announced delay is 3 to 10 working days.

In the rest of the world, the delay is 5 to 14 working days.

 

The delivery is always tracked when available, we automatically forward the tracking to your email.

* UNFORTUNATELY, Delivery to New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna and Clipperton will always be without tracking.

We always select the cheapest shipping method for each of your orders and always group your items together (if several different orders are addressed to the same recipient, they will be grouped together in one package).

Packages sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees depending on the country of destination.

These charges are calculated differently in each country, depending on the value and type of product.

It is the final customer, i.e. you, who is required to pay these fees/taxes on import.
