Services The Emporium may choose to offer (dependent upon availability and current project load) might include :

Basic graphic touch-up, design, and assistance with design cutouts for product placement.

Basic video editing or creation of compilation video, using provided or stock material.

Website design and development assistance with basic to moderate troubleshooting or collaboration on self-builder sites such as Shopify, Squarespace, or Wix.*

Basic courses in simple technical interfacing, such as How To Use AI Effectively, How To Make Basic Videos, How To Set Up Site Content (for Shopify, for Squarespace, etc).

These services will typically be offered on a per-project or per-stage payment basis. Projects will often mandate prior consultation. Contract agreement with a detailed, pre-approved outline of expectations will be required if both parties accept after the consultation. Timelines are typically approximated. Hard deadlines will invoke additional fees for priority focus. Our efforts do not guarantee your success (our web design does not guarantee your product sales, etc). NO REFUNDS ON EFFORT. See our contract template for the basic layout of our standard agreement. Each project contract will be tailored to the project agreed upon, Please read it carefully when it is presented to you, as it will be legally binding once confirmed.

Evony Emporium reserves the right to politely and respectfully refuse any request for any of these services, for any or no reason at all, implicit or implied. Evony Emporium reserves the right to Negotiate For Inclusion of finished products in the Emporium's Portfolio to display to others interested in these services. This will also be a per-project, per-stage negotiation (not mandatory, but giving permission to display finished results as part of Evony Emporium's profile may lead to reduced pricing, etc.)

Evony Emporium respectfully requests that you do not seek our services for any purpose that is explicitly related to the sexualizing of any kind of content in any pornographic way. There is a difference between sexualized and pornographic content, and Artistic Nude, and we do respect that and will discuss projects that are appropriate to this distinction. However, we do not wish to cross the line beyond Artistic Expression. Thank you for respecting our policy.

*Wix is not recommended for beginners or even intermediate users. It is a less intuitive shop builder site than Shopify or Squarespace. Wix will take longer and require more intensive work than Squarespace (usually the easiest) or Shopify (fairly easy and rich with features). However, this does not imply a complete unwillingness to work with Wix, it is simply a fair warning that Wix is the costliest in terms of work required.

Evony Emporium will never copy, save, disclose, reveal, or retain any of this private personal information, but for your safety, please be aware of the potential risks. Evony Emporium is not responsible for inadvertant security risk exposure. A Gmail exchange of messages, for instance, which reveals your site information or a link for us to collaborate, might also reveal certain data to an identity thief who hacks into Gmail, which we are not responsible for, even if it is discovered that the email between us was the point of entry which the hacker used to obtain that information.
